Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because flowers and floral arrangements are fresh, perishable and often made to order, we follow the cancellation
and refund terms below. Please read them before placing an order on ambikaflowers.in.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the selected delivery slot.
- Cancellations requested after this window, or for same-day / express orders that are already being
prepared or dispatched, may not be accepted, or may be subject to a deduction to cover materials and preparation.
- To cancel, please contact us as early as possible using the details at the bottom of this page.
2. Refunds
- Order not delivered (our fault): If we fail to deliver your order due to a fault on our part, you are
entitled to a re-delivery or a full refund.
- Quality issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, contact us within
24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. Genuine complaints will be resolved through a
replacement or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
- Wrong item delivered: If a wrong product is delivered, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Refunds are typically initiated within
5–7 working days of approval. After we initiate the refund, it may take additional time for your bank or
payment provider to credit the amount to your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or
bank transfer to the details you provide.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
- Recipient not available or unreachable at the time of delivery.
- Delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).
- Minor natural variations in flower colour, size or variety, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
- Cancellation requested after the product has already been prepared or dispatched.
