Ambika Flowers delivers fresh flowers, hampers and gifts across Sikar and nearby areas. This policy explains our delivery areas, charges and timings for orders placed on ambikaflowers.in.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Sikar city and its surrounding areas in Rajasthan. During checkout, your location is used to calculate the delivery charge and confirm serviceability. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will inform you and offer a refund or an alternative.

2. Delivery Charges

Within Sikar city: a flat delivery charge of ₹100 per order.
Outside Sikar city: ₹100 base charge plus ₹20 per kilometre of distance from our store.

The exact delivery charge is always shown to you before you confirm and pay for your order.

3. Delivery Timings

Our delivery hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST).
You can choose an available delivery date and time slot at checkout.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed sufficiently in advance, subject to availability.

4. Delivery Timelines & Delays

We make every effort to deliver within your chosen slot. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, festivals, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the recipient being unavailable. Ambika Flowers is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Address & Recipient

Please ensure the delivery address and the recipient's contact number are complete and accurate. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery person may attempt to contact you, hand the order to a neighbour or building security, or reattempt delivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient.
