You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Flowers and floral products are natural, seasonal and perishable. Colours, sizes, flower varieties, foliage and containers may vary slightly from the images shown on the Website depending on availability and seasonal supply. We will always try to match the value and overall look of the product ordered, and reserve the right to substitute any flower, container or accessory with one of equal or greater value where necessary. All products are subject to availability.
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and successful payment (or a valid Cash on Delivery selection) is recorded. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery to areas we do not service.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (see Section 7) are shown before you confirm your order and are additional to the product price. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; however, if an error is discovered we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order.
We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other methods offered at checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
We currently deliver within Sikar and surrounding areas in Rajasthan. Delivery charges are calculated as follows:
Estimated delivery timings and available slots are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within the selected time slot, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, the recipient being unavailable, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the recipient is not available, our delivery person may attempt to contact you, leave the order with a neighbour/security, or reattempt delivery, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.
As flowers and floral arrangements are perishable and often made to order, our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to: provide false information; place fraudulent orders; infringe our or any third party's rights; or attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content on the Website — including the Ambika Flowers name, logo, text, graphics, product images, page layout and design — is the property of Ambika Flowers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders, such as your name, contact number, delivery address and order details. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is handled securely by our payment gateway partners and is not stored by us. By using the Website you consent to this use of your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambika Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or from any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Website or your orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sikar, Rajasthan.
